OFFICIAL CLUB PASS VENUE The Theater at Innovation Square (Formerly Xerox Auditorium) is Rochester's new center for performing arts and community engagement. The 700-seat theater has been renovated with state-of-the-art tech and a newly expanded stage. The Innovation Square Underground Parking Garage is linked directly to The Theater by elevator and is open to the public during events for a fee. $4 per hour. Parking is managed by Gallina Development. The entrances to the garage are found on Chestnut Street (between Broad and Court) and Court Street (between Clinton and Chestnut).
