Our new 2018 Brochure will be available starting Monday June 4th at the Ticket Shop, at M&T Bank branches, and many other locations around Rochester. Pick one up during the festival at any venue. 

Where to Eat! 
Come hungry because you'll find a wide variety of food trucks, and food and beverage vendors at the festival on Main St., and East Ave., and at several Club Pass venues. There are also many great restaurants in the festival area. See more

There is ample parking all around the festival. Please read signs carefully as parking is not permitted on some streets or in private lots. More Info

All XRIJF venues are accessible. Accessible portable bathrooms are located near outdoor stages. The free Harris Beach Shuttle is wheelchair accessible. Anyone needing assistance may also call the Festival office in advance at (585) 454-2060 or see a volunteer at venue entrances. Individuals being dropped off may pull up at the corner of Main St. and Gibbs. 

Bikeshare and Bike Parking
There are bike racks at several locations around the festival. Plus, bikes may be rented via Pace at multiple locations in the festival footprint and around downtown. See bike share locations

Save Time in Line at Kilbourn and Max Venues
At two of our busiest Club Pass venues, Kilbourn Hall and Max of Eastman Place (6 PM & 6:15 PM shows only), we offer a wristband system to save you time spent in line and more time to enjoy other shows and activities around the festival. See how it works

First Aid Tent
The Rochester Regional Health First Aid tent will be located outside the Merchandise Tent on Jazz Street near East Main St. RRH's experienced nursing staff will be available in the tent from 5-9 p.m. daily. Blisters, scrapes, or something not quite right? Stop by for advice. The friendly staff will be happy to help you get back out into the excitement of Jazz Fest.

Several streets will be closed before and during the festival so please make note of these closings before you head out to the festival. Street Closings

2018 Poster by David Cowles on sale at the Fest! Get yours signed on Jun 27.
David Cowles, Rochester based illustrator and caricaturist, has once again created the official XRIJF Poster. They will be available for purchase during the festival for $20 in the Merchandise Tent on Jazz Street,Come and meet David and have your poster signed in the Merchandise Tent on Wednesday June 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. A limited number of past edition posters are available ion our online store now or you can purchase during the festival. Supplies are limited and many years have already sold out.

Share the Joy with Shareable Club Passes
With this unique pass access up to 220+ sets of music at the festival's 12 official Club Pass Series venues. Redeem Your Club Pass Ticket for a Pass & Personalize Your Pass Your Pass at the Ticket Shop Starting June 4
You can redeem your Club Pass ticket for a Pass or have your photo taken for a Personal Pass at the Ticket Shop June 4 through June 21, M-F from 10 am. to 5 p.m. and June 22 through June 30 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Come in before the Fest and beat the crowds or come on your first day at the Fest. Photos take just a few minutes to process and you can take your Pass with you.

Special Offer! Exchange Your Personal Pass for a Shareable Pass
If you purchased a Personal Pass and want to exchange it for a Shareable Pass to share with friends and family, you may upgrade for $20. Just call the festival office at 585-454-2060 or bring your ticket (before redeemed for a Pass) to the Ticket Office any time now through the festival.
