Pick up Club Passes in Advance at the Ticket Shop 

Club Passes can be picked up in advance. Redeem Club Pass tickets at the ticket shop on the corner of Gibbs St. and East Ave. until Thursday June 22 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., or from June 23 to July 1 between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. Must bring the printed receipt or show the confirmation email on your smartphone.
 
For every Club Pass that is personalized, Xerox will donate $1 to Daystar. Buyers will also receive a 10% off coupon to use in the Merch Tent during the fest.

Tickets are available for Joss Stone, Maceo Parker featuring the Ray Charles OrchestraMavis Staples, Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox, and King Crimson. Sheryl Crow's concert has sold out.

13WHAM Prime Time Special is on Wednesday, June 21

The annual 13WHAM jazz fest special, Jam Session, will air Wednesday, June 21 from 8:00 - 8:30 p.m. Join hosts Alexis Arnold and Matt Malloy for a preview of this year's festival including Interviews with Joss Stone, Scott Bradlee of Post Modern Jukebox, John Fossitt of The Hooligans and more.
 
Take Home a Memory! Xerox Will Print Personalized Items in the Merch Tent While You Wait! 

Want your name and a jazzy image on a water bottle? How about a gift of personalized golf balls? Come to the Merchandise Tent and chose from festival themed 3-D items that can be personalized with your name or jazz themed photos while you wait. It's all possible with Xerox's Direct to Object printer. Choose from golf balls, wine tumblers, water bottles and notebooks. Stop in and take home a personal memory of the festival. If lines are long you can pick up your items later.

Look for Rochester Regional Health Street Teams at the Fest

Rochester Regional Health, sponsor of the Big Tent, the Chestnut St. Stage free shows and the First Aid Tent, will also have their feet on the street with ear plugs and sunglasses to help protect your eyes and ears and other useful items. And for the kids (or your inner child) look for Bubble Man on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on E. Main St.

Jazz Street (known as Gibbs Street for the rest of the year) is the place to meet and enjoy all the free shows daily on the City of Rochester Jazz Street Stage Presented by The Community Foundation.

Lidestri Rye Room Hospitality Tent
Show your Club Pass or VIP Pass and enjoy access to this special Lidestri Hospitality Tent next to the Rochester Regional Health Big Tent at the corner of Chestnut St. and E. Main St. A cash bar featuring LiDestri beverages will be available along with other refreshments. Plus screens will be streaming live from the Big Tent stage.
 
Xerox Smart Prize Cards
As an exclusive perk of "being in the Club," Club Pass holders will receive a Xerox Smart Prize Card when you redeem your Club Pass ticket for your Club Pass. Just bring the card to the Merchandise Tent on Jazz Street and insert it into a reader. Everyone is a winner! All kinds of fun prizes!

Get Your Official Festival Gear! 

Festival-goers will find a great array of new official gear in the Merchandise Tent on Jazz Street  (Gibbs Street) including t-shirts, polos, posters, jackets, and gifts. A limited number of vintage items are also available online and will be available in the Merch Tent. Managed by our festival sponsor, the Cooley Group. Open from 4 to 11 p.m. daily during the festival. 
 
Official Program Guides Will Be Available at the Festival

The 2017 official Program Guide is 116 pages of useful info including the schedule, ticket info, artist bios, getting around the fest, maps and more.  Available at the Ticket Shop and venues during the festival.
 
Uber Will Offer Ride Sharing Starting June 29 for Last 3 Days of the Fest! 

We are pleased to welcome Uber as an XRIJF sponsor, the first major event they are sponsoring in Rochester. Uber is officially launching in Rochester on June 29 and riders will be able to start ordering Uber rides on this date. Watch for more details and a special offer for jazz fest fans to be announced! 
 
Musical Instruments Donations Will Be Accepted at the Fest for City School Students 

New or used musical instrument or accessories may be brought to them to the festival at the Merchandise Tent from 5 to 7:30 p.m. where the Rochester Education Foundation will be collecting them for city school students. REF has collected hundreds of instruments at the Festival, thanks to the generous support of M&T Bank for 10 years.
 
Radisson Offering $5 Parking for Jam Sessions

Anyone attending Jam Sessions at the festival's official hotel, the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside, may park in the Radisson Garage for $5 from 10.p.m. to 2 a.m. Purchase tickets at the concession areas at Legends Bar and Grille or the Riverside Ballroom.
