How the New 3-Day Cub Pass Works
The new 3-Day Club Pass gives pass holders unlimited access to any Club Pass venue show on any three days of the festival, June 24 - July 2. Patrons choose the days and can see as many shows as they like on those days. The Pass will be punched on each day it is used. After the third day it is punched, the Pass is no longer valid.
Entry to shows is always first-come, first-served whether you have a Pass or pay cash at the door. Venues fill up quickly so arrive early. Doors open 30 minutes before shows start. The Club Pass does not provide entry to Eastman Theatre headliner shows.
For the complete schedule of Club Pass shows, see rochesterjazz.com, install the free XRIJF App, or pick up a Brochure or Program Guide at any venue or the Ticket Shop.
Save Time in Line!
Some people love the line but for those who don't, the festival will test a new line system this year at two of its busiest venues, Kilbourn Hall and Max of Eastman Place.(6 PM & 6:15 PM shows only.) The system is meant to save patrons time spent in line so they may enjoy other shows and activities around the festival.
Starting 2 hours before show time, patrons (Club Pass holders and those paying cash at the door) may line up and receive a color-coded wristband that will specify a return time to see the show. People must be present and in line to get a wristband and then just come back at their assigned time and enjoy the show!
Kilbourn Hall - 6 PM Show Only - Color-coded wristbands will be issued starting at 4 PM
First 50 Wristbands - Entrance time 5:30-5:35
51-100 Wristbands - Entrance time 5:35-5:40
101-250 Wristbands - Entrance time 5:40-5:45
Max of Eastman Place - 6:15 PM Show Only - Color-coded wristbands will be issued starting at 4:15 PM
First 50 Wristbands - Entrance time 5:45-5:50
51-100 Wristbands - Entrance time 5:50-5:55
101-150 Wristbands - Entrance time is 5:55-6:00
Seating is first-come, first-served, whether patrons have a wristband, a Club Pass or paid at the door.
If their assigned entrance time is missed, they can enter any time afterward up to 15 minutes before the show starts. Space will not be guaranteed if late.
Arrivals after 5:45 (Kilbourn) or 6:00 (Max) must go to the back of the general line.
Only wristbands that are on a wrist will be accepted for entry.
Process is subject to change.
